AS OBESITY RATES CONTINUE TO RISE, IS THE WORKPLACE A SOURCE OF OR SOLUTION TO UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE HABITS?
A survey released today found that 72 percent of American workers eat an unhealthy snack at least once a week while at work.
Columbus, OH (BlackNews.com) – A survey of American workers released today by Nationwide Better Health(SM), a leading provider of total population health and productivity management solutions, found that many employees may not eat as healthy or remain as active as they could while at work and employers could certainly be doing more to encourage healthy habits.

How would I describe myself? I am fun-loving, yet serious. I am analytical and discerning. I enjoy meaningful conversations and seek to learn new things at every level. I marvel at the world around me and at my place in it. I think it is amazing that we are all here at this given time. Concepts like purpose intrigue me. I strive for my highest level in life, knowing that the ultimate goal is contentment. I despise deceit, dishonesty, and manipulation. In my spare time I enjoy watching tennis, Court TV, and raising my son. I get great joy out of seeing the world through new eyes. My favorite ministry is life. There are so many opportunities to minister to other by our daily decision making. Therapy Sessions with Damainion Ewell
In this my second installment of “Therapy Sessions,” I would like to give God some praise over some things that He has done. Oftentimes, I look at people from a distance and wonder what their testimony is. It is one my deepest curiosities to know what travail and circumstances that God has liberated a person from. As I talk to people on a continual basis, a sense of wonderment takes center stage, as God’s sanctified power is made manifest through the declaration of His deliverance.

I am a mother of four children, three girls and one boy. I’m a Pastor’s wife, Evangelist, Author, and Publisher. I also work full-time as a customer service representative at a bank. I’m deeply involved in the women’s ministry and music ministry at our church. My hobbies include reading Christian novels, and when I get a spare moment, which is rare, I like to watch movies. My preference is romantic comedies. I am a romance fanatic. My favorite type of music is Worship, songs that usher me into the presence of the Lord. I enjoy singing love songs to God. READ MORE

Allow me to preface this by saying that I am neither a preacher nor a pastor. To be quite honest, I am not even a blogger. I am simply a man that God blessed with a unique gift of wordplay. It is not my journey in life to show off my eloquence of speech or to show myself to be more articulate than I am. I am a merely a humble servant of Jesus Christ, the savior and Lord of my soul. In my limited amount of time in my Christian walk, I have found that my greatest calling will be to elevate those who are less fortunate.
