Tracey, describe yourself for our visitors.
I am many things. I am a wife, a business owner, an educator, a consultant, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. All of these roles are very important to me but at my core, there is only one title that defines my true purpose. I am a writer. Better yet, I am a scribe for the Kingdom of God. I have been gifted to translate into many forms (fiction, non fiction, or poetry) the decrees of the King (Christ). When everything passes away, that will be what’s left. My writing will be my contribution to the earth. I know that may sound a little over the top or maybe a weird way to describe myself but it has become increasingly important to me that readers understand this about me; that I’m identified by my purpose.

Anjalon, describe yourself for our visitors.
I grew up writing books between me and my friends. When other people were passing notes to each other, we passed notebooks with stories. My first novel, Reality Check: Stepmother Chronicles was formed from journals I had kept over the years. I am a mother of two young children, but a stepmother to a 13 year old. I have connected with many other stepmothers over the years because we all agreed- no one truly understands our point of view but us. I have a social work background and currently work in a local school district. My desire has always been to help others through my writing. I feel that my first novel is able to do just that and I look forward to putting more books into print for the purpose of encouraging and teaching others positive ways to confront their situations and develop positive coping skills to push through any circumstances- first and foremost leave it at God’s feet.
