My name is LaTersa Blakely, I’m a wife, mother, author, mom entrepreneur, beyond brokenness coach, and most importantly, I’m a woman of God.

How do you find time to connect with God?
I spend time with God first thing in the morning while kiddos are asleep. I pray and meditate and recite my affirmations to set the tone for the day.

Who are your favorite authors? Favorite books?
T.D. Jakes, Joyce Meyers, Joel Osteen . My favorite books are the Bible, Think and Grow Rich, The Power of Positive Thinking, and… Well, to be honest with you, I have a lot of favorite books that I enjoy reading.

Tell us about your journey to publication.
My journey to publication started after I came to the realization that it wasn’t about me. There are a lot of hurting women that needed to hear my story. I wanted to bless and bring hope to as many women as I possibly can.

Tell us about your current book?
My book is about the journey that God took me through in order for me to be re-birtedh into this beautiful woman that you see today. I am very transparent about the obstacles and frustrations that I endured in my life. It was written to inspire and motivate other women to know that they are not alone, and that they too can live beyond their past and step into their greatness.

How did you come up with ideas for this book?
It all came from real life experiences and me taking the time to get it all down on paper

What valuable lessons do you want readers to learn from your book?
I really want them to understand and know their value and worth. Greatness is already inside of them. They just have to own it.
