Great, questions Marlive.

I didn't want to write about the subject matter because I like to write romances with happy endings. The addiction in Illusions is painful.

There's nothing special about the hospital, other than it being my place of employment. That's where the voices decided to speak.

The other subject I vowed never to write about is also now a novel. Right Package, Wrong Baggage is scheduled for release July 2010.

Okay, I've got to ask, why did you vow to friends that you would never write a story on this subject matter? And though you say that the idea for this story came to you as you walked through the hospital, what was it about your setting --the hospital -- that triggered thoughts and ideas for this story? And one last question for the virtual road, are there any other subjects and topics that you have vowed to friends never to write about?

Good! Good!

Thanks Rhonda and Abi for following the tour!

Wanda, I appreciate you and it's been a pleasure to organize the tour. I can't wait until we get into more discussion in the next few weeks.

Wanda,

So funny that you said you would never write on the topic. I told God I didn't want to finish my novel, Secrets and Lies, and I put it down for a year, but he said "Go finish that book" and I did. It's a real challenge for us as Christian writers, because it's not just about being creative and doing what we want to do. God has called us to give HIS best to our readers. Glad you heard the call. I'm looking forward to reading the story.
